This program is for those of you looking to get in shape, and maybe start running. This is also one of the best ways to lose weight.
This is not a time-consuming workout. It can be done in 20 minutes from begining to end in a day. As you gain more endurance and progress in the program, you will find that you will be able to do twice as much in the same amount of time.
It is a three month training program designed with those who walk for stress management and weight reduction.
Many will find that from the start there is no way they think that they will be able to jog. I'm here to say "yes, you can" . With just a little more effort than walking, you will be able to jog or even run at the end of this program.
